Mangeswaran appointed Radisson Blu Resort Goa’s sr executive sous chef

Radisson Blu Resort Goa Cavelossim Beach has appointed K S Mageswaran as senior executive sous chef. Brought up in Coimbatore, he completed his hotel management and catering technology course from the Bharathiar University Coimbatore. He started off his culinary journey as chef at Trident Oberoi, Bengaluru, and possesses an experience of 19 years.
