Arvind Rai, executive chef, The Ashok, has bagged the coveted National Tourism Award in the Best Chef of India - 4- to 5-Star Deluxe, Heritage Classic and Heritage Grand category for 2015-16 at a function held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
