Narendra Investments acquires 51% stake in Fudkor, 100% stake in Vegico

Narendra Investments (Delhi) Ltd has completed the acquisition of a 51 per cent stake in Fudkor India Pvt Ltd and a 100 per cent stake in Vegico Foods Pvt Ltd.
Following the acquisition, the companies have become 51 per cent and 100 per cent subsidiaries of Narendra Investments (Delhi) Ltd.
