Punjab Sind, the Mumbai-based dairy and frozen food manufacturer and supplier (whose flagship product is premium malai paneer), has forayed into the Pune market with the launch of its outlet in Baner.

The brand, which was established in 1969, delivers a host of products, including fresh dairy products, sweets, frozen desserts, flavoured milk, ice cream, frozen vegetables and kulfi, at 40 outlets across western and southern India.

Twenty-two of these are in Mumbai, while there are eight outlets in Goa, six in Daman and Silvassa (the capital of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli) and two each in Nashik and Hyderabad.

Punjab Sind, whose products are manufactured at its ultra-modern and hygienic production facility, boasts of advanced manufacturing techniques to process the freshest of ingredients, that are procured from reputed and reliable vendors after thorough research and analysis.

“Punjab Sind is the market leader in Mumbai. Having established our presence in the city, we have strategised our expansion plans,” said Saheb Singh Bajaj, director, marketing, Punjab Sind.

“Pune is amongst the fastest-growing cities, and an information technology (IT) and start-up hub. Hence, we have forayed into the market to offer quality, tasty and hygienically-packed dairy products,” he added.

“Apart from the first outlet in Baner, we plan to set up twelve Punjab Sind outlets in such localities of Pune as Aundh, Kothrud and Deccan by mid-2019,” Bajaj informed.
