foodpanda, India’s leading online marketplace for food delivery was declared the first runner-up in the Best Omni-Channel Customer Experience category at Quest 2017, India’s largest customer experience management summit, which took place in Mumbai recently. foodpanda India received the award, for which industry leaders across all major verticals, such as online travel, e-commerce, aviation, telecom and transport, competed.

The third edition of Quest was attended by more than 200 CXOs and vice-president level senior delegates from 90 brands who shared their learning, knowledge and expertise around customer experience management.

Over 2,00,000 people were surveyed to find brands providing best customer experience in India and the data was normalised on the basis of multiple parameters, such as demographics, gender, etc. and judged by leaders in the customer experience industry to award the prestigious Quest 2017 awards.
