Global Entrepreneurship Summit’s eighth edition concludes in Hyderabad

The eighth essay of the Global Entrepreneurship Summit - a three-day summit which was inaugurated by India’s prime minister Narendra Modi and Ivanka Trump, advisor to the president of the United States - concluded at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) recently.

India was the first country in the Asia-Pacific region to the host the summit, whose theme was Women First, Prosperity for All. Its objective was to celebrate and honour the indomitable spirit of entrepreneurship among women.

It intended to inspire and foster innovation and economic growth, particularly amongst women. GES 2017 witnessed the participation of over 1,500 attendees, including entrepreneurs, investors and educators.
