Kalyan F&B Private Limited, the exclusive importer of be products in India, is displaying its products at the 34th essay of Aahar, the international food and hospitality fair, which is currently underway at New Delhi’s Pragati Maidan.
The food festival is featuring new trends in F&B as well as hospitality services, processing, culinary technology, retail and new innovations.
The biggest food festival in India has participants from countries like China, Canada, Chile, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, Taiwan, the USA, the UK, the UAE and Vietnam.
The fair is showcasing a wide range of food products, machinery, food and beverage equipment, hospitality and décor solutions and confectionery items from over 560 participants from India and overseas.
Kalyan F&B, being one of the participants, is showcasing its range of healthy products, which includes pure coconut water, mango-flavoured coconut water and coconut chips.

Pure coconut water:
Coconut water is the fluid found in the cavity of a coconut when you crack it open. It contains no fat and is very low in calories. It has a naturally sweet taste and contains five electrolytes required by our bodies for natural functioning. In fact, there is more potassium in 200ml of coconut water than in a banana.

Their source of coconut comes from a plantation in southern province of Thailand, which is considered as the source of best tasting coconut in the world. It is rich in potassium and magnesium with zero per cent fat.

be coconuts are young and hand-picked from Prachub Kerekan province in the southern part of Thailand. The plantation and packing factory is located nearby in the province. This part of Thailand is known to have the most beautiful beaches in the world.
be coconut is available in a delicious mango flavour. This flavoured coconut water contains mango juice along with a hint of pineapple juice. It contains zero per cent fat and 12 per cent potassium, which makes it extremely healthy.
Coconut chips:
Coconut chips are a unique and innovative continental recipe which are a healthy change from the regular fried chips that are quite unhealthy. This snack recipe is made using coconut flakes that are tossed into spices and then baked until crispy.
