Sahara Star’s Earth Plate to host Maharashtrian food festival from Jan 12

The Earth Plate - The Global Cuisine Restaurant, at Mumbai’s Hotel Sahara Star, will host a Maharashtrian food festival between January 12 and 29, 2017. It has been curated by chef Rupesh and restaurant manager Harish Dosad.
Guests will be welcomed with an array of snacks, including Khaja, Bhakarwadi, Aloo Wadi and Kothimbir Wadi.
The main course will comprise Kombdi Masala, Shimplan Chay Kalwan, Misal Pav and Bhakri. Sweets will include Puran Poli and Modak.
Priced at Rs 2,500 (all inclusive), the dinner buffet will be available between 7pm and midnight.
