Product demonstrations and a technical seminar on antibiotic residue for the dairy sector will be the highlights of the seventh edition of GiTEx, slated to take place at The Park, Chennai, and Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad, on July 26 and July 28, 2017, respectively. The events will be organised by business research and consulting firm F1RST.

The organisers said, “After the success of the previous six editions of GiTEx at various locations in India, we are now organising the seventh essay of the show in Chennai and Hyderabad, focusing on testing of antibiotic residues in milk and cultures for dairy products.”

“Dairy product manufacturers, including milk processing companies and manufacturers of flavoured milk, ice cream, yoghurt, cheese, paneer, milkshakes, etc., operating in and around the two southern cities are invited to attend the event,” they added.
