Garde Manger to celebrate first anniversary with 50% discount on bill

Garde Manger, the Vile Parle cafe that serves a range of healthy foods that are made with organic ingredients and are suitable for vegans and those seeking gluten-free options, will celebrate its first anniversary between 11am and 10pm on October 11, 2017, with a new menu and a 50 per cent off on the entire bill.

The new menu comprises salads like Farm to Plate (which comprises grated carrot, beetroot, cream cheese, kale leaves, fresh orange and carrot orange vinaigrette) and From the Ground (which is filled with mesclun greens, exotic vegetables, red cabbage, onions, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and honey mustard dressing).

The sandwiches include Hickory Barbeque (which consists of exotic vegetables and barbecue sauce). The grills include the Grilled Tofu Steak (grilled tofu steak served with herbed tossed vegetables, cous cous and Thai coconut gravy) and Tandoori Paneer Tikka Steak (comprising charcoal grilled paneer served with herbed tossed vegetables, cous cous and tikka gravy).

Also on offer are dishes with mock meat. These include the Soya Kheema Pav (comprising Indian-style soy kheema served with multi-grain ladi pav) and the Tofu Bhurji (Indian-style creamy bhurji served with multi-grain ladi pav). The dessert menu includes the Gluten Free Walnut Brownie.
