Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport participates in Service Week

Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, participated in the brand’s novel initiative,Celebrate Service Week, to express gratitude to its employees for their diligence and dedication to providing outstanding service to guests.
This manoeuvre recognises the hard work and dedication of the hotel’s personnel, which act as its true brand pillar.
Displaying a glimpse of their creative side, employees shared their ideas to celebrate the week. with some fun elements like the Goan theme with an open jeep by the Finance and Engineering team.
Similar customised themes were presented by individual departments of the hotel.
Suraj Kumar Jha, general manager, Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport said,“The initiative is the largest recognition programmes in the hospitality domain for front line teams.”
“It essentially acknowledges and appreciates the gruelling work, group morale and impeccable service of our team members,that makes Holiday Inn a sought-after name in the hospitality industry,” he added.
“It also gives an opportunity for all colleagues to unite as one family and build long-lasting bonds,” Jhan stated.
Interesting themes, such as jail, Mumbaiya mawali, Bollywood, Punjabi and others, were followed by employees for a plethora of engaging activities.
The pleasant and inspiring Celebrate Service Week culminated with the Punjabi theme, organised by the sales and marketing department.
