Hyatt Regency Mumbai to host Backyard Barbecue with wine on Wednesdays

The poolside at Hyatt Regency Mumbai will host a Backyard Barbecue, curated by executive chef Gopi Nandakumar, on Wednesdays. On offer will be an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian grilled food.

People can make their own salad at the salad bar, with the dressings, condiments and vegetables and meats of their choice. The sandwich bar has a host of breads, including hot dog buns, Schiacciata, Panini, French baguette and burger buns.

The main course comprises Citrus, Basil and Pine Nut-marinated grilled Basa, BBQ-braised pork ribs, Frankfurter pork sausages, spicy tamarind and chilli-marinated pineapple, Peri Peri spice-grilled Tofu steak (served with different kinds of sauces and condiments). The beverages include Jell-O Shots, Popsicles, Cocktails in pouches, Sangria and Beer Margaritas. There is also an array of desserts to choose from.

Food, accompanied by unlimited local beer and unlimited mocktails and soft beverages, is priced at Rs 1,999 plus taxes. Add-ons include unlimited wine (priced at Rs 200 plus taxes) and unlimited selection of alcohol (Rs 400 plus taxes). It is complimentary for children aged five and under.
