Karigari, a beautiful fine-dine restaurant in Noida sector 51 by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi who is a well-known celebrity chef is opening outlets across Delhi NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai and Punjab in 2023 and plans to grow to 10 outlets by 2024.

The restaurant exemplifies the legacy of lesser-known culinary jewels throughout India discovered by Sokhi by presenting their dishes with an adaptation of its own.

The workers or the showmen in the kitchen here are called karigar with due respect, promoting workmanship and encouraging positive behaviour. The restaurant provides you with delicious food along with a mesmerising and relaxing interior which is themed upon the culinary journey of Sokhi. Every meal here has a personal unique touch and a narrative to tell. They also organise meet and greet for their customers to interact with the chef directly.

"This startup is very special for me as it is based on my journey throughout, and in a very short period, we have served over 1,00,000 customers which is a remarkable milestone. I have been meeting many customers in meet and greet, and I'm so glad for everyone's love and faith," says Sokhi.

They serve several unique dishes like MirchikaHalwa, Chit karare, Pavbhaji cheese fondue and more. The legacy dishes include TamatarkiChaat from Deena ChaatBhandar- Varanasi, AmbeyWalaMurgh from Puran Singh da Dhaba- Ambala, KulcheyCholeyPakode Pockets from PanditjiKulcheyChole Wale -Ludhiana, to name a few. They serve the most delectable desserts to feast upon. Here, you will experience an unmatched sugar rush.
