Kumar appointed Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks’ new executive chef

Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks recently appointed Anand Kumar their new executive chef.

With 16 years’ experience across a multitude of establishments, he brings in expertise refined from a multitude of cuisines, including Mediterranean, Italian, Asian and Indian. He joins Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks from his prior role as executive chef at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli.

In his new capacity, apart from donning the chef’s hat, Kumar will showcase his extensive knowledge of implementing recipes, staff supervision, learning and development in the kitchen.

He stated that his principles when it comes to food were simple; he follows his age-old thought process of ABC – A (always go for simple recipes), B (be aware of the recipes) and C (cook with a good heart).

“I am thrilled about this new exciting journey. I am definitely sure, the hotel, city and everyone around sounds promising and I, personally, look forward to a holistic growth, along with my new hotel, Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks,” Kumar said.

He loves the freedom of expression that cooking gives him and is willing to work hard to build a career in the culinary world.

“We are extremely pleased to have chef Kumar on board with us. His plethora of experience in the culinary industry is definitely a boon, and we look forward to the positive impact his leadership will bring in Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks,” Manish Garg, general manager, Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks.
