Leela Mumbai’s Citrus to commemorate Easter with space-inspired brunch

Citrus, at The Leela Mumbai, will host a space-inspired Easter brunch between 12:30pm and 4pm on April 21, 2019.

The menu will include an array of signature Easter specialities, including Thousand-Year-Old Egg, Stuffed Eggs with Avocado and Tomato Salsa, Egg Mimosa, Scotch Eggs, Egg and Salmon Frittata and Devilled Eggs.

The main course includes Braised Lamb Shank with Citrus Gremolata, Four Cheese Scalloped Potatoes, Pistachio crusted Sea Bass Steak with Berry Sauce and Petit Ratatouille Lasagna.

The brunch will also feature live stations like Tuscan Thin Crust Pizza, a Pasta Station, a Carving Station (serving Apple Cider Brined Turkey Roulade and Glazed Ham Leg with Clove and Maple) and a Grill Station serving house specials like Lamb Pojarski, Polenta and Cheese Fritters, Black Pomfret, Chicken Liver and Fig Skewer, Barbecue Pork Chops, Chermoula Prawns, Veg Shashlik and Corn on the Cob.

There will be an array of soups, salads, cold cuts, European breads, assorted sushi, charcuterie and cheese platters, along with a spectrum of Indian and international cuisines like Thai, Japanese, Italian, Asian and trademark brunch creations like waffles, pancakes, bagels and calzones. There will also a Easter Egg painting activity among other surprises.

The menu will also comprise Easter desserts and galaxy-themed sweet treats such as Easter Bunnies, Easter Nests, Passion and Vanilla Eggs, Black Hole Whoopees, Shooting Star Caramel Pecan Pie, Back in time Mango and Pistachio Choux, Earthy Single Malt Cream Cheese Brownies, Asteroid Guava and Vodka Sable, Sunny Limoncello Basil Brûlée and much more.

The Easter Brunch without alcohol will be priced at Rs 2,695 plus taxes. With alcohol, it will be priced at Rs 3,695 plus taxes. The Sparkling Brunch will be priced at Rs 3,995 plus taxes, and the Champagne Brunch will be priced at Rs 4,995 plus taxes.
