OBLU Select, property in Maldives’ Sangeli, celebrates first anniversary

Turtle Bay snorkelling is TGI Dive Centre’s most popular snorkelling excursion. Scuba diving is one of the most popular activities at TGI Sangeli. This is an introduction to diving, whereby they take non-certified divers for their first dive in Sangeli lagoon, showing them the delightful diversity of fish that the Maldivian reefs have to offer.

Over 19,369 guests from all over the world have stayed at the hotel over the last year. OBLU Select at Sangeli offers the discerning traveller an all-encompassing, hassle-free beach holiday experience in the Maldives. The resort has a variety of contemporary designed villas and suites, a selection of restaurants and services, amid some of the most exotic dive and snorkelling locations in the entire Male Atoll.

The property has 137 villas that include Beach, Deluxe Bedroom, Water, Honeymoon Select Ocean Villas. Couples can opt for Honeymoon Select Ocean Villas. Food and beverage options are varied, and what is particularly unique is that the hotel has the only vegetarian restaurant in North Male Atoll, Simply Veg.

With 281 staff members from 20 countries around the world, who speak a total of 32 different languages, the guests at are greeted with a radiant smile and a familiar welcome.
