Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity bags two Accor Excellence Awards

Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity employees were honoured with accolades in two categories - The Talent Development Award and CSR Contribution The Planet 21 Heartist Award at Accor Excellence Awards 2018. While chef Ajay Anand, director of culinary, bagged the Talent Development Award, Srinivas Rao, director of talent and culture, bagged the Planet 21 Heartist Award.
The accolades received by the hotel recognised the efforts and leadership skills at the luxury hotel. The Accor Excellence Awards programme is a yearly Accor recognition programme for all employees and managers in all Asia Pacific hotels and corporate offices. It started in 2011, and has evolved over the years, catering to the dynamic requirements of the group and employees.
The award given to Rao signified and appreciated his dedication and effort for initiating and executing exemplary activities such as Diwali celebrations at the Blind Relief Association, Family Day at the hotel and many more with a high level of commitment. Anand has always been a key support in coaching and training his whole culinary team to meet the standards and for each employee’s personal growth.
