Honk, the bistro-style restaurant at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, has launched a Southeast Asian a la carte menu inspired by street cuisine. It will be available between 7pm and midnight. A meal for two will be priced at Rs 4,200 plus taxes.

The menu has been carefully designed to showcase culinary influences from the diverse regions of Asia. While it is primarily Chinese and Japanese, there is a glimpse of Thai and Singaporean, as well as a touch of Indonesian.

The menu includes such items as Bento Boxes, Traditional Pan Asian Curries, Udon Noodles and Mongolian Lamb Chops.

Ajay Anand, the hotel’s culinary director, said, “With the launch of the new menu, we aim to serve our guests with the quirky flavours of authentic Asian street food in the capital of the country.”

“We are delighted to announce a menu which captures all five senses, as we serve our guests a globally renowned cuisine. We hope the flavours used will be as exciting for our guests to savour as it was for us to recreate them,” he added.

Chef Deepak Malhotra has curated an innovative menu based on themes of Celebration, Innovation, and Inception. Each menu includes an eclectic mix of salads, rolls, dim sums, soups, mains, noodles, rice and desserts.

The appetisers include Kanikama Salad, Oshitashi Avocado rolls, while the mains comprise cultivated mushroom, garlic chives, oyster sauce, chili, stir-fried bokchoy and braised shiitake.

Guests can choose from an array of selections, including dim sums, cocktails, rolls, salads, soups and desserts for each of the themes in the menu.
