Renaissance Mumbai launches all-day dining restaurant Lake View Cafe

Renaissance Mumbai launched Lake View Cafe (LVC), its all-day dining restaurant with a host of interactive live cooking stations serving Indian and Asian dishes, Western grills, antipasti and desserts.
The cocktail menu comprises Sunset by the Cinderella Staircase, By the Lake, Flaming Night, Matilda’s Royale and Terra Merita. The menu at the al fresco eatery includes Kolhapuri Mutton Mantao, Brie Tempura, BBQ Salad (comprising Barley, Beats and Quinoa), Naga Chili Rosted Spring Chicken (Pan Jus) and Burmese Khao Suey.
Among the key highlights of the cafe are its various open-show kitchens, live ice cream, extensive beverage menu and hand-pulled noodles.
