Rohit Chopra joins Conrad Bengaluru as director of food and beverage

Rohit Chopra is a seasoned hospitality professional with a qualitative experience of 13 years in the industry. He comes with a wide spectrum of knowledge and experience of delivering successful food and beverage division. Hence, his new role at Conrad Bengaluru would predominantly focus on overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations and repositioning of the food and beverage outlets.
He has worked with some of India’s leading luxury hospitality brands like Hyatt Hotels and The Indian Hotels Company Limited. During his previous assignment at Hilton Goa Resort as the pre-opening food and beverage manager, Chopra has worked towards conceptualising and planning F&B concepts, developing an array of menu concepts, identifying and developing revenue streams for the division.
Chopra said, “As director of food and beverage, I am looking forward to developing improved and effective strategies together with the team at Conrad Bengaluru. I am keen on bringing forth my expertise and skills to maximise revenue and introduce exciting and fresh concepts for our cherished guests.”
