Between 12:30pm and 4pm every Sunday, Mumbai’s pan-Asian restaurant Shiro will host a brunch buffet, which will predominantly include Japanese, Korean and Thai cuisine. Chinese and Vietnamese will be on the menu as well. It will be priced at Rs 2,000 per head.
The dishes include stir fries, maki rolls, dim sums and sushi. While the main course includes fresh greens, beef, prawns and chicken and a lot more, the desserts include Japan Cheesecake and Chocolate Sushi. In addition, there is a collection of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
Lingering Lunch Between 12:30pm and 4pm from Monday to Saturday, Shiro will present lingering lunch options, priced at Rs 995 plus tax per person.
The vegetarian delicacies include Vegetarian spicy California, hot Shiitake Mushroom served with fresh cucumber and avocado in a spicy Vietnamese sauce, Kappa maki (a roll made of cucumber and sesame seeds with Japanese mayo) and more.
Non-vegetarians can opt for Spicy Tuna Maki Roll, Spicy Salmon negi (a Scottish salmon garnished with spring onion, ichimi powder and Japanese mayo dressing), chicken and prawn Sui Mai steamed in a wonton wrapper, Signature prawn-filled Har gau Dumpling steamed in a translucent wrapper, etc.
Inspired by the Orient, the menu will include a wide range of sushi, sashimi and Cantonese dim sum. Besides this, they will also have a live Teppanyaki table.
