Sriracha’s two Bengaluru outlets to usher in Holi with Dim Sum Baskets

Sriracha, the contemporary pan-Asian dining restaurant with two outlets in Bengaluru (UB City and I Robata, Indiranagar), will commemorate Holi between March 18 and 24, 2019, with Dim Sum Baskets.

Priced at Rs 275 onwards (plus taxes), they will be available for lunch and dinner. Eight varieties of colours dim sums, created with organic ingredients by chef Vikas Seth, will be served.

The non vegetarian basket comprises Charcoal Shrimp and Gari, Carrot Fish and Sesame, Beetroot Aromatic Spicy Chicken and Burnt Garlic Basil Chicken dim sums.

The vegetarian basket including Wild Mushroom Purple dumpling, Roasted Pumpkin, Dill Leaf Spiced Broccoli and Celery and Spinach and Vegetable dim sums.
