Strawberry-based desserts and beverages on offer at Grand Hyatt Mumbai

The chefs at Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s Gourmet Store, Lobby Lounge and The Bar will whip up an array of sweet and savoury dishes and cocktails using strawberries until February 28, 2019.
Strawberry Temptation, Gourmet Store The fruit of the season forms the base of a host of desserts, including strawberry shortcake, strawberry Nutella cheesecake, fresh strawberry panacotta, chocolate-dipped strawberries, sparkling strawberry punch and strawberry snow cone.
Strawberry Hi-tea, Lobby Lounge On offer will be several sweet and savoury dishes using the fruit. These include grilled chicken sandwich with strawberry cream cheese melt served with strawberry and jalapeno salsa, strawberry cheese cake lollipops and strawberry-white hot chocolate.
Strawberry Cocktails, The Bar These cocktails have been concocted by Agnieszka Rozenska. These include Strawberry Cello, Strawberry Basil Smash, Strawberry Sour and Strawberry and Marry.
Flavours of Highway Food, Soma Between January 21 and 31, 2019, the chefs at Soma will rustle up a variety of dishes that are characteristic of highways. These include Amritsari chole served with mukha pyaaz and Chur Chur paratha; Kandhari Bharwan Aloo; Kheema Gotala served with buttered pav, Dhaba mutton and Kukad Tawa Biryani.
Chinese New Year China House Restaurant, at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, will usher in the Year of the Pig (the Chinese New Year, which is also called the Spring Festival) between January 25 and February 5, 2019.
There will be a spread comprising traditional delicacies, including steamed spinach pinet dumpling, truffle prawns dumpling, wok-tossed edemame prawns with Thai chilli, Sichuan-style tofu, steamed fish with chicken stock, wok-fried snow peas and lotus and sweet dumpling with bean paste and chocolate.
Grand Brunch Every Sunday, Grand Hyatt Mumbai will offer a lavish spread - comprising food and beverages from all its restaurants - across its lobby between 12:30pm and 4pm.
It will include a healthy salad called Shaken Not Stirred, pizza and other Italian fare by Chef Alessandro; Chinese food curated by Chef Li and cocktails and mocktails by Rozenska, in addition to a host of sweet surprises from Gourmet Store.
The brunch will be priced at Rs 3,499 per person (all inclusive) for food and soft beverages and Rs 4,499 per person (all inclusive) for food and alcohol.
