The Leela Mumbai’s Jamavar to host Rajasthani Food Festival till July 31

Jamavar, the Indian restaurant at The Leela Mumbai, will host the Rajasthani Food Festival between 7pm and midnight till July 31, 2017.
The spread will feature a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations from the desert state.
The appetisers will include Paneer Ke Sooley, Besan Ka Chilla, Ajmeri Kadhi Kachori, Maans Ke Sooley and Chittor ke Mashula.
The main course comprises dishes like Bharwaan Gucchi Kesari (handpicked morel stuffed with caraway seeds, spiced milk cake, simmered in saffron gravy), Sangri ke Kofte, Pithod Ki Subzi, Bhindi Jaipuri, Ker Sangri Dak, Murgh Ka Mokul, Laal Maans, Murgh Ka Soweta, Safed Maans, Jungli Maans and Dal Bati Churma.
The menu also features traditional rice preparations like Gatta Pulao and Maans Ka Pulao.
Patrons can complement their meals with Rajasthani Kadhi or Daal Panchartni and accompaniments like Kaleji raita, Sogra, Bikaneri Parantha, Daal ki churi ka Parantha.
Those with a sweet tooth can opt for Malai Ghewar and Malpua with Rabri.
