Food colour maker Roha Group have appointed Stephane Ducroux as global business head – ingredients.
As the organisation evolves, skills and knowledge become critical in managing operational effectiveness.Concurrently, it also faces a rapidly-changing market scenario, as the professional and regulatory environment requires proactive strategic stakeholder engagement to constructive dialogues.
Ducroux brings the expertise to meet these challenges, through a proven record and hands-on experience in acquisitions, integrations, operational leadership, transversal management and business development.
His appointment comes at a time when Roha is accelerating its development across the globe with relentless efforts towards innovation and acquisitions.
Strengthening its position as a leading colour company, as well as developing its natural ingredients footprint will be among Ducroux’s priorities together with the board.
He will support Roha to grow its extensive product portfolio, and structure the company’s organisation.
Ducroux brings to Roha’s group about 20 years of experience in the natural specialty ingredients industry, from the management of sales and operations to chief operating officer, Americas and Asia Pacific and member of the group executive committee and the board of directors.
He has worked in both start-up and larger group organisations, and has been instrumental in organic development as well as external aggressive growth modes.
Ducroux’s solid background comes with a strong belief in the role of business development and concrete execution approach of the company’s development strategy.
His previous roles with Naturex have provided him a strong experience to understand the clients’ perspective and their constant search for innovative solutions.
Ducroux brings with him the insights and the knowledge of the industry gained under his previous leadership positions.
