Offenburg
Hobart’s 50,000th hood-type dishwasher of the Premax and Profi line rolled off the assembly line. Besides a host of basic models, Hobart has been offering a variety of Premax and Profi machines enhanced with new features and innovations since the rollout of its first machine in March 2008.

Over the course of time, the hood-type dishwasher became the flagship in the smallmachine segment, and in the catering and hotel trade segment, it became the innovation leader.

"With great pride, we are looking back at the extremely successful era of our hood-type dishwasher, and we are very happy about the constant and continuous further development of the product,” said Dietrich Berner, production site manager, Offenburg.

“We are looking forward to many new features which are already in the planning phase. For this reason, we are convinced that we will continue to expand on our innovation leadership,” he added.

Excellent wash result, low water consumption

Low water consumption and short cycle times are important factors to reduce costs and save time.

A decade ago, a hood-type dishwasher used to consume an average of 3.2 litre per wash cycle, but nowadays, Hobart machines deliver excellent wash results with only 1.4 litre, which is the absolute top value on the market.
