Das appointed guest experience manager at Novotel Hotels & Resorts, Goa

AccorHotels has appointed Yojan Das as guest experience manager, Novotel Hotels and Resorts, Goa. She has over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry and will be responsible for team management, business and skill development at the property.
Her core responsibilities at Novotel Hotels and Resorts, Goa will include overseeing and coordinating for various hotel amenities.
Commenting on her appointment, Rohan Sable, general manager, Novotel Hotels and Resorts, Goa said, "We are delighted to have Das as our guest experience manager at the hotel.”
“Her key expertise lies in client engagement with a strong team management to deliver world-renowned discerning and personalised Novotel services to domestic and international guests,” he added.
After pursuing her bachelor’s degree in hotel management from the University of Huddersfield, Aurangabad, Das was associated with leading hotel chains like Vivanta by Taj, Goa, Bangalore and ITC Sonar Kolkata.
