Raichand bags BBlunt Most Stylish Chef of ’18 Award at FoodFood Awards

Amrita Raichand has added another star to her glittering collection of accolades by winning the BBlunt Most Stylish Chef of the Year award at the FoodFood Awards 2018.
She was felicitated by Sujit Patel, vice-president, and head, corporate communications, Godrej Industries, and received recognition for her contribution to culinary arts by India’s most celebrated chef and Padma Shri Awardee, Sanjeev Kapoor.
Upon receiving the honour, Raichand stated, “It is a great feeling to stand on the podium of a distinguished stage like the FoodFood Awards and be recognised for your work by the leaders of the industry.”
However the chef, who is not much into fashion herself, dedicated her award to Kapoor, who, apart from advising her on her cooking, also gives her tips on the way she should style herself for her shows; her husband, without whose approval of her clothes, she does not apparently step out for an event, and all her close friends who always keep her style in check.
Raichand, who has been hailed as a supermom, is best known for her cookery show Mummy Ka Magic, which is one of the longest-running and award-winning shows on FoodFood!
Having endorsed over 100 brands and won several accolades, she has spinning the culinary magic and also showcasing her breezy writing abilities. She connects with her fans through her YouTube channel, Being Amrita-Chef and Beyond. Besides that, she writes fun and relatable articles for her newspaper column, Stay Yummy, which gives her fans a chance to know her beyond just being a chef.
Raichand recently hosted Punjab De Super Chef Season 3, which aired on PTC Punjab. And recently, she added another feather to her cap with her TEDxTalk where she spoke about what was wrong with the child food equation.” She is a truly passionate chef who believes that healthy is not boring.
