Sethi appointed director of sales & mktg for Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

AccorHotels has appointed Shital Sethi as Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach’s new director of sales and marketing. In her role, she will be responsible for leading and improving all aspects of the sales and marketing communications, promoting brand strategies and providing the best of the hotel’s hospitality experience to the guests.
Prior to joining AccorHotels, she was director of sales and marketing at Hotel Holiday Inn, Mumbai. She worked as a sales manager with some of the most renowned hotels including Radisson Hotels, Goa, The Orchid, Mumbai, Hotel Grand Sarovar Premiere, Mumbai, and Rodas – an Ecotel Hotel, Mumbai.
A master in people management and client servicing, Sethi’s deep understanding of the hospitality industry is critical to her role as the director of sales and marketing at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach.

After pursuing her diploma in hotel management and catering technology from Rizvi College, Board of Technical Examination, Mumbai, she started her career from Rodas – an Ecotel Hotel, Mumbai, and went on to work with various renowned hotels in and around the city.
