London Bubble Co, the eclectic bubble waffle franchise brand, will open its 50th outlet at Charni Road, Mumbai on May 24, 2019. The chain, which opened its first store in Juhu in 2017, has expanded to 50 outlets across seven cities in just 18 months. With a new and refreshing range of waffles at only Rs 59 across all outlets, London Bubble Co is turning waffles into the staple dessert of India.
London Bubble Co, built on a vision to provide delicious and affordable waffles to the Indian palate, is promoting their goal through their new Rs 59 menu. With a team of internationally-experienced chefs, the chain has developed the perfect recipe that retains the texture and flavour of the original bubble waffle, while customising elements to suit the Indian taste.
Highlights of the menu include bubble waffle wraps, pocket waffles and bubble teas, and the first-ever Black Jack – black waffle with black charcoal ice-cream. With an eccentric menu and a unique spin on the classics, London Bubble Co’s increasing popularity only speaks of its major strides towards its rapid expansion plan.
Speaking on the launch of the 50th store, Saurabh Rathore, founder and chief executive officer, London Bubble Co, stated, “Waffles are something that have always been perceived as a premium product in India. After personally relishing in the joy of having waffles every day in London, I wanted to share the experience and make waffles a staple here too.”
“We understand that a major chunk of India’s population follows vegetarianism, and therefore, have made our menu 100 per cent vegetarian, so that they can enjoy the dessert as well. In the last 18 months, we have been able to expand to seven cities, and now, we are here with our 50th store at Charni Road,” he added.
“It is overwhelming to see the support that the brand has received, which is why our extensive expansion plan has worked for us,” Rathore said.
The brand’s goal is to open 200 outlets by the end of next year, and this new, affordable pricing is going to help them achieve just that. With more stores, they are able to provide their customers an amazing dessert experience at a low cost, making them the go-to brand for innovative and delicious waffles.
Pocket waffles at Rs 59
From May 24 onwards, London Bubble Co will offer pocket waffles for just Rs 59 at all its outlets across India.
These include both classics like Belgian Milk Chocolate, Belgian Dark Chocolate, Brownie Dark, Brownie Milk, Maple Butter and Banana Salted Caramel, and exotic options like Brownie Cream Cheese and Crunchy Snickers.
