The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) has become a part of digital India with the launch of its online portal, edairy.co.in, to provide Generation Y customers access to its Nandini range of dairy products and schedule the delivery according to their convenience.

Rakesh Singh, managing director, KMF, said, “Techies, working women or elderly couples can fetch the products from the comfort of their own homes. They can be rest assured that the trusted quality of Nandini products will be delivered through KMF’s e-commerce portal, e-Dairy.”

To begin with, e-Dairy has its stock points across Bengaluru. Later on, it will be expanded to the entire state. The delivery is scheduled twice a day in the morning and evening. The stock points take care to preserve and deliver the milk products to the end customers efficiently.

The staff of eDairy, including the delivery boys, is easily identifiable with their uniform and ID tags. They are trained to be not only efficient, but also courteous to the patrons of KMF Nandini products.

The e-Dairy portal has a provision to order KMF Nandini milk products in bulk. Corporates, for the canteens, celebrations or gifting purposes, can conveniently order their requirements online and schedule the delivery at their doorsteps.

Bulk buyers, like caterers, owners of paying guest accommodations, hostel wardens and organisers of community events and social gatherings can conveniently procure their suppliers.

Further, the eDairy portal can be accessed from any Android device, be it a PDA, a mobile phone, a tablet, a laptop or a desktop. The portal is easy to access and use, robust and secure. Payment is through a reliable and secure getaway.

Customers can dial the toll-free helpline, contact the call centre or use the portal through social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube.
