European restaurant Euro opens doors at Mumbai’s Hotel Sahara Star

fiogf49gjkf0d The latest restaurant and bar at Hotel Sahara Star, located near the Mumbai domestic airport, is Euro, which serves European cuisine. The fine dining restaurant, which has a seating capacity of 46, is open only for dinner.
Helmed by chef Amol Rane and restaurant manager Sarang Patil, the restaurant will have a rotating menu with a specialty dish each night. The menu, which includes a soup, an appetiser, a main course, a cheese and a dessert, comprises 30 dishes.
Executive chef Salil Fadnis said, “Euro brings with it the true flavours of European cuisine. It can’t get more real. The food, the choice of breads and cheese and the selection of wines will transport you to Europe.”
“The response received from guests so far is overwhelming, and we promise to keep up the quality,” he added.
