Flavours of Malvan fest underway at Radisson Goregaon until November 24

The Flavours of Malvan festival is underway at 180°, Radisson Mumbai Goregaon, and will conclude on November 24, 2019.
It will be curated by a team of chefs, led by the hotel’s executive chef, Kamlesh Rawat.
The menu, which comprises Chicken Handi Rasa; Kolambi Cha Rasa; Sukhya Bombil Chi Bhaaji; Mutton Malvani; Paplet Cha Saar; Sakuti Chi Chutney; Kombdi Chi Vade, Javlachi Chutney and Kothamvirichi Vade, will change every day.
The dinner-only festival, which will commence at 7:30pm and conclude at 11:30pm on all days, will be priced at about Rs 2,000 per head.
