Our Bureau, Mumbai
The Freakshake Festival is back at the Kala Ghoda and Bandra outlets of 145, and promises 20 new variants of the drink-and-dessert mash-up, which is a milkshake topped with cream, cakes, sauces, sprinkles, chocolate and other sweets, served in a mason jar. The festival will conclude on June 15, 2018. It will commence at 12:30pm every day and conclude at 1:30pm.

The festival is the brainchild of the 24-year-old Ishaan Bahl, co-owner, 145. He stated, “145 was the first to introduce freakshakes in the city. The reason for creating this festival is to give an experience and take the concept of freakshakes to another level.”

The menu comprises Espresso Fudge Milkshake, Ferrero Rocher Milkshake, Kit-Kat Milkshake,  Mango Milkshake, Peanut Butter and Protein Milkshake, Red Velvet Milkshake, Rich Chocolate Milkshake, Salted Caramel Milkshake, Snickers Chocolate Milkshake, Strawberry Milkshake, Tiramisu Milkshake, Bourbon Milkshake, Brownie Milkshake, Cookie Dough Milkshake, Mighty Oreo Milkshake, Mint Chocolate Milkshake, Nutella and Cupcake Milkshake, Parle Milkshake and a concoction of Baileys loaded with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Besides the above mentioned flavours, you will also find some unusual Eat shakes - milkshakes in edible chocolate bottles, in such flavours as Parle-G, salted caramel and mint.
