Happy House Kitchen, a restaurant in South Mumbai, will mark Holi with a cheesecake dessert named Rangbarse.
Keeping in mind that it is the festival of colours, the dessert will be in hues of blue, green, yellow and red.
There is a twist in the service: the staff at the restaurant will sprinkle the essence to the dish at the table.
