A week-long Hyderabadi food festival is underway at Cafe Blu, at Radisson Blu Hinjawadi, and will conclude on August 23, 2019.
Hyderabadi cuisine is an amalgamation of Mughlai, Turkish and Arabic cuisines, and has also borrowed from Telugu and Marathwada cuisines.
The menu, a reflection of these influences, will be curated by chef Ilandhirai Vadivel, and comprise biryanis, curries, live counters, vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet selections, kebabs and desserts.
It will commence at 7pm and conclude at 11pm.
