Kiko-Ba revives a myriad of heirloom recipes & authentic flavours

Located in Vasant Vihar, it revives a myriad of heirloom recipes. Crafted with precision and hand-made with love, the restaurant allows you to experience a whole new palette of modern and nostalgic flavours. The curated menu brings to you a beautiful variety of dim sums, live Robata, signature Asian flavours, and delicious desserts. The menu has something for everyone’s dietary needs, (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Plant-Based).

Upon entering the restaurant, diners are greeted with the majestic Robata Grill. A Japanese method of fireside cooking, this charcoal-laden open fireplace makes for dishes to marvel at. The ingenious technique prepares a phenomenal Flame Grilled Lobster with Shiso Butter packed with intricate flavours of the sea, a melt-in-the-mouth Miso Black Cod with miso wasabi sauce, and a smoky Nasu Dengaku: a grilled eggplant preparation, and more.

The design sensibilities at Kiko-Ba¯ are minimalistic yet striking, boasting of the entwining of Scandinavian and Japanese cultures. “Scandinese'' is a fusion of the two styles bringing forth the simplistic aura of nature. Soothing tones forming delicate lines with teak and birch wood, and grey and woody tones make the space look intimate and cosy- radiating the aura of serenity and peace amidst a picturesque setting. The restaurant is elated to provide the consumers of Delhi with an authentic offering of unrivalled food and beverage Asian space with an avant-garde design. The elegant lighting and the beautiful play of stone and wooden hues will give one a warm and welcoming feel along with added value offerings provided by the brand.

Signature must-have dishes at the restaurant include a delicious spinach salad with sesame dressing called the Spinach Gomai, Beautiful plant-based Mock Duck Pancakes, rich Prawn Curry, with Mantou bread, succulent Chengdu Chicken, and a Mongolian Mock Meat Curry leaving non-vegetarians salivating too. The dessert menu is certain to satiate the sugar cravings of diners; a must-try is the Sticky Toffee Pudding, a preparation reminiscent of childhood joys and indulgences.

It takes¯ pride in envisaging a new launch, recently called “All-You-Can-Eat'' Dim-Sum lunches. The astonishing lunch menu includes an assortment of unlimited Dim-sums, Baos, Littles, Noodles, and the signature Desserts coupled with drinks as well.
