Maya, at Trident, BKC, to host Biryani Trail Through India on June 25

Pulao Biryani Day will be celebrated across India on June 25, 2017. Maya, the Indian restaurant at Trident, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, will commemorate the occasion with a Biryani Trail Through India. It will be showcased by Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal, founder, APB Cook Studio, and chef Ashish Bhasin.
Food lovers in other cities across India are also gearing up to celebrate the occasion. While food blogger Monica Manchanda is organising a #PulaoBiryaniDay potluck in Bengaluru, home chef Sribala is organising a potluck in Chennai, and chef Amit Pamnani is organising a celebration in Indore.
