NatureFresh Professional, the fastest-growing national brand and leading supplier of bakery shortenings and margarines from Cargill’s Oils business in India, has launched a wide range of shortenings in Kerala.

The offerings include Elite, Supreme,Select, Delight, Classic, and a range of margarines, comprising three brands (namely Champion, Master and Genius).

The company has a clear vision to provide good quality of ingredients to the bakers. Making this launch more engaging, the brand organised a technical session with Thiruvananthapuram- and Kozhikode-based bakers, making it educative and interactive.

It offers a comprehensive range of fats and margarines with varied applications for different bakery products, including kharis, puffs, biscuits, cookies, creams, and cakes, to name a few. Along with this, the brand will also provide technical expertise to the bakers regarding the latest application in baking.

The company understands the complexity of the industry. Hence, it undertakes initiatives to assist bakers by addressing their queries, enabling them to enhance their skills. This further works to strengthen the brand recall value for the company amongst the community.

The brand also curates various modern recipes for the bakers that can be created using its range of shortenings and margarines. These recipes are the outcome of the in-depth research that brand conducts on the industry and its trends.

This, coupled with Cargill’s Oils business in India’s profound understanding of the consumers’ needs through its portfolio of leading consumer brands, works to deliver its products.

Speaking on the launch, Milind Pingle, sales and marketing director of Cargill’s oils business in India said, “NatureFresh is an important brand in the Cargill portfolio catering to both B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) customers.”

“With this launch, we look forward to it becoming the brand of choice for bakers, our key audience in the market. Adhering to the ethos of the brand, it is committed to providing good quality bakery shortenings that help in making best-in-class bakery products,” he added.

“Ensuring delight remains our focus, and Kerala being the new and growing market for us, we will continue to look for more opportunities to engage with our bakers in the geography,” Pingle said.
