NatureFresh Professional’s Application Centre launches baked recipes

The Application Centre at NatureFresh Professional – Cargill Foods India’s brand for specialty bakery shortenings and margarines - has launched new recipes for Indian bakers.

With a thorough understanding of the needs of Indian bakers and consumer trends in bakery, it followed a comprehensive approach to create these new recipes at the state-of-the-art facility in Gurugram.
