Prego, at Westin Hyd Mindspace, to host Genoa Food Fiesta from March 16

Prego, at Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, will host the Genoa Food Fiesta between March 16 and 24, 2019. The dishes, prepared by Genoa-born chef Antonello, will be served for lunch (between noon and 3:30pm) and dinner (between 7pm and 11pm) and priced at Rs 3,500 plus taxes.

Extra virgin olive oil is a key ingredient of Mediterranean cooking. The sauces includes pesto and pesto verde, which are native to Genoa. Antonello’s signature dishes include Frittele di Baccala e Verdurine Croccanti (crispy fritters), Branzino in Crosta di Sale (sea bass in salt crust) and Torta Sacripantina (Genovese traditional cake).
