Sanchez Restaurante and Cantina, at Bengaluru’s UB City, will host a Christmas special, which will be available between noon and 11pm from December 23 to 31, 2018. Chef Vikas Seth will curate a menu of Mexican delights, priced Rs 295 onwards.
The starters include Smoked Turkey and Roasted Pumpkin Taco Salad loaded with fresh flavours and dressed in orange vinaigrette with a sprinkling of pomegranate and pumpkin seeds.
The mains include Mexican Chile Rubbed Roast Chicken served with crunchy winter vegetables, spiced sweet potatoes and chipotle cranberry jus, and Vegetable Verde Enmoladas, comprising ancho chilli tossed vegetables in an envelope of corn tortilla, topped with green mole and finished with a drizzle sour cream and sesame seeds.
The Sanchez Yule Log dessert will comprise vanilla sponge stuffed with fresh strawberries, white chocolate custard, served with a side of cinnamon chocolate cream, dollops of fresh strawberry coulis and serrano meringue.
