SIAL China to showcase quality gastronomic products from May 5-7 at Shanghai

fiogf49gjkf0d fiogf49gjkf0d SIAL China, together with 2,900 exhibitors, will create a channel for quality gastronomic products, which cater to HoReCa buyers’ needs, from May 5-7, 2016, at SNIEC, Shanghai.
The show will comprise 21 sectors,11 events and dozens of cooking demonstrations, with some 66,000 people in attendance among which more than 25% will be from food service.
With Wagyu beef, Canadian beef, Australian mutton, Indian poultry and so forth in the meat sector, the show aims to feed Chinese restaurants’ aspirations for high quality meat with 25,000 sq m exhibition space in halls E3 & E4. In wine sector, champagnes, sparkling and wines covering old world and new world will converge at hall W5. In gourmet sector, high value food materials such as French truffle, Spanish ham, and Korean ginseng will be on display. Central Kitchen and Seafood zones in halls E3 and E4 will provide one-stop purchasing opportunities for buyers to source premium Chinese products.
In addition to the sectors, the show will host numerous interactive events to provide value- added services for HoReCa. Retail & Hospitality Forum will zoom in on the expansion of retail network, influence of marketing campaign and concerns for food safety control. Endorsed by World Associations of Chefs’ Society (WACS), La Cuisine will carry on live culinary competitions. Seafood Fest’ will present cooking demonstrations with fresh aquatic products.
Wine Events at the wine education sanctuary will help distributors cultivate Chinese consumers’ needs for best wines.
