Westin Pune’s Seasonal Tastes to feature Andhra menu till February 28

Seasonal Tastes, the all-day dining restaurant at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, will feature a menu curated by a home chef every month. The menu for the fortnight ending February 28, 2019 will comprise Andhra fare. It will be served from 7pm onwards, and be priced at Rs 1,300 plus taxes.
The non-vegetarian options include Chicken Curry, Chicken Fry, Mutton Curry (With Drumstick), Prawn Pulusu and Fry, Egg Pulusu and Fry , etc.
It will also include vegetarian dishes, such Raw Banana and Lady finger deep fry, Dal with leafy vegetable, Sambar, Tomato Rasam, Pepper Rasam with Vada, Tomato-Bottle gourd pachadi, etc.
The entire menu will be curated by home chef Swarna Latha who hails from Vishakhapatnam. She opined, “Cooking is an art that involves a very deep and personal connect with people, and food can completely change the way one is feeling.”
All the dishes will be prepared in a traditional way using the most authentic spices and flavours.
