Ardor 2.1 is out with a fun challenge called the United India Challenge wherein one person will get the chance to finish off 29 dishes in 29 minutes and win a cash prize of 2.9 lakh.
The Thali comes with dishes from all states of the country. It went viral because it’s been made in the shape of the map of India and because it comes with an endless number of dishes inspired from across the country.
A few of the dishes are Chicken Biryani from Andhra Pradesh, Rasam from Kerala, GattekiSabzi from Rajasthan, Sago Kheer from Chattisgarh, Pav Bhaji from Maharashtra, Aloo Posto from Bengal, Bisibele Bath from Karnataka, Fafda from Gujarat, Kashmiri Pulao from Jammu & Kashmir along with many more from other states of the country.
