Ecolab Inc. renames Nalco 360 Expert Center as System Assurance Center

fiogf49gjkf0d Ecolab Inc., a known name in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services, has renamed its Nalco 360 Expert Center, to better reflect the value the centre and its team of 100 qualified engineers deliver to customers worldwide.
The centre’s new name is System Assurance Center, which emphasises the peace of mind that its customers enjoy when it comes to managing their water resources, according to a press release issued by the company.
The centre’s renovated Pune office was also just reopened, to enable the team to better demonstrate its capabilities and services to customers.
The Nalco 360 Expert Center was opened in 2007 to provide 24/7 monitoring of customer systems with Nalco’s flagship 3D Trasar Technology for Cooling Water.
“We understand the unprecedented challenges involved in businesses managing their water systems and, hence, we responded with a service that quickly detects and resolves system or equipment upsets that require human intervention,” said Nirmal Kumar Muralidaran, technical manager, System Assurance Center. “We achieved a world-class customer satisfaction rating of 86% in the year 2014, and we will continue to provide our customers with exceptional assurance and reliability under our new name.”
