APCA hosts two-day culinary workshop with renowned Chef Anahita Dhondhy

The Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts (APCA) organised a two-day workshop featuring acclaimed Chef Anahita Dhondhy. The event, held at the academy, showcased a dynamic programme of demo classes, expert talks, and an insightful journey-sharing session with the students.

The interactive cooking experience allowed students to not only enhance their culinary skills but also gain a deeper appreciation for the rich flavours of Parsi cuisine such as Mawa Cake & Paneer Akuri.
