Who is your target audience and what are your most popular products?

Corporates, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), students, and families aged 28 to 45.

What is the inspiration behind the collaboration between Smoor chocolates and Hangyo ice cream?  
The inspiration behind the collaboration between both brands lies in their shared passion for crafting premium desserts. As a dessert brand, our next step is to venture into the ice cream category. The best way forward was to collaborate with the premium gourmet ice cream brand.

What can consumers expect from these exclusive new flavours?
Consumers can expect a delightful experience with these exclusive new flavours. Handcrafted in a state-of-the-art facility using age-old perfected recipes, this collaboration introduces a tantalising range of ice cream flavours set to redefine the dessert landscape. Customers can look forward to savouring flavours like Black Gold Chocolate, Roasted Almond with Coffee, Dry Fruits, Salted Caramel, and Vanilla Bean.

Elaborate on the aspects of online sales regarding your distribution channels.
We are present on Swiggy and Zomato and are now expanding into quick commerce. The share of online sales has gradually increased over the last three years, and we see potential for further growth.

What are your long-term goals for sustainability.
Expansion into New Markets:
Launching new products in five key cities, with an omni-channel presence to reach a wider audience and enhance customer engagement.

Core Focus on Chocolate and Desserts: Continuing to emphasise chocolate and desserts as the primary revenue drivers, ensuring that the quality and sustainability of these products are maintained.

Product Extension: Introducing complementary products such as beverages, ice cream, and bakery items that align with your existing offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.

Any future plans for collaborations with foreign markets?
No, our focus right now is on India, which has a huge untapped market. We will continue to focus on India for a few years. There are many more cities and potential in India over the next few years.
