Kishan Gunjal, executive chef, Sayaji Kolhapur, said, "We are excited to bring this vibrant celebration to our guests. Our team has worked tirelessly to create a menu that not only highlights the flavours of mango but also offers a unique and memorable dining experience.”

The festival's ambiance is designed to transport guests to a tropical paradise, with vibrant shades of yellow and green, playful mango-themed decor elements, and lush foliage creating an inviting and festive atmosphere. Guests can indulge in a variety of mango-inspired cocktails, including the Mango Mule, Kairi Frozen Margarita, and Spicy Mango Mint Mojito, among others. The café special menu features a range of mango-based drinks, such as the Alphonso Mango Shake, Tangy Mango Smoothie, and Mango Mania Mastani.

For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert menu offers a range of mango-based treats, including Mango Cheese Cake, Mango Tart, Mango Eclair's, Mango Delight, and Mango Macaroon. Each dish is carefully crafted to showcase the unique flavours and textures of mango, ensuring that every bite is a delightful experience.
