Inaugurating the two-day National Conference on Agriculture for Kharif Campaign-2017, which commenced in New Delhi, Radha Mohan Singh, minister for agriculture and farmers’welfare, stated that the Central government is giving priority to the agriculture sector by allocating maximum funds for the farmers’ welfare.
